Orders/Bookings can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase, provided the service/product has not already been processed, delivered, or utilized.
Once the order/service has been confirmed and processed, cancellations may not be possible.

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 2 days to your original method of payment.

No refund will be provided for:

3. Exceptions
In case of technical errors, duplicate payments, or failed transactions, a full refund will be issued.
If the service/product cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule/replace.
