• Payment: All payments must be completed via the provided Razorpay payment link. Services will only be initiated upon successful payment confirmation.

• License: Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use Accessease software as per the agreed scope.

• No Warranty: While we strive for excellence, Accessease does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free software operation.

• Liability: Accessease shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
